SCHOOL SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT CONTRACTS
My Childs SLT will be able to provide a Speech and Language Therapy Service to your school.
The school contract would be offering the following:

Assessment of Speech, Language and Communication Needs

Intervention including 1:1 , paired sessions or group sessions. Consent for all children would need to be in place prior to group intervention

Target and programme based support for school and home use

Reports including recommendations for onward referrals

TIME IN SCHOOL
This is contracted on a weekly, fortnightly ,monthly, termly(6/7wks) basis
Hour session (only available weekly) -£70

Afternoon session (1-3pm) - £168

Morning session ( 9 -12:30) -£252
​
Full Day (9- 3pm) - £504
​
Assessment session - £372
(I am also able to offer schools one-off assessments and reports, e.g. for EHCP application or referral to Paediatrics. This can be provided without a school contract in place and is charged at £372 for assessment time, liaison with school staff and report. Additional time may be required for liaison with the family for some children.
